« Is there a high probability that I’m going to be playing somewhere else? I would say there is a high probability, and that’s just me being honest. But I’m not certain of what’s going to happen. Anything can happen; we can get in the playoffs. Anything is possible. But is there a high probability that I’m going to be playing somewhere else? Yes, and I think everybody knows that. We’re not going to kid ourselves. »

“Where are they going to make the changes is the question. There is no individual, there is no aspect of the team this year that stood out. People want to just talk about the pass rush. OK, well maybe we didn’t get 50 sacks like we did last year, but was the offense playing well? Was the special teamns playing well? Like where? There was nowhere that was up to par, that was up to the standard that we set last year. So if they’re going to be making changes, it has to be wholesale changes, it has to be changes for everybody, because nobody played above average this year.”

« I don’t control a lot of things that go out there on the football field, » he said. « There are games this year where if the ball would have bounced differently, (if) we would have had a little bit more coverage in certain situations … I would have ended up with 12 or 14 sacks. But it didn’t happen like that. It’s just one of those situations. I think what I’ve put on tape has been good for all the teams to see, and we’re just going to go from there. »

  1. Tuck on Osi saying Sunday could be his last game w/Giants: « I’ve heard Osi say that for four years. »

  2. Congrats to Victor Cruz, Jason Pierre-Paul, & Chris Snee for making the 2012 Pro Bowl

For Pro Bowl: K Lawrence Tynes is a 1st alternate. QB Eli Manning and RB David Wilson (at KR) are 2nd alts. C David Baas and S Stevie Brown are 4th alts

Victor Cruz’s response to making the Pro Bowl: “I’m honored and humbled to be selected,” Cruz said. “It really is a dream come true for me. The Pro Bowl is a great individual achievement, but I know I couldn’t have been named to the Pro Bowl without the support of my teammates. Eli [Manning] is one of the great quarterbacks in the game. He has done so much for my career. Right now, I’m really focused on going out Sunday and our team playing as well as it can, getting a great team win against the Eagles and hoping we get the opportunity to further our season.”

JPP’s reaction to making the Pro Bowl: “Just like last year, I would much rather not play in the game because I want to be with my team at the Super Bowl, » Pierre-Paul said, “but it’s a great honor to be selected among the best in the NFL at my position.”
